Description
CANDY is a dried red Steelhead trout from Idaho covered with a light layer of honey. The fish is very juicy.
We created it by admiring the delicacies of the USA and our Siberian experience, which is why the flavor of the fish is perfect for everyone.
Cooking process 🔥🍡
We carefully remove all the bones, cut the meat in rhombuses and marinate the fish in a special mix.
We then sprinkle the trout with salt and apply a light layer of farmer's honey, then cure it for about 30 hours with temperature and humidity to achieve the perfect texture and flavor.
