Same-day delivery through Uber for a flat rate of $30. Available for customers in the Los Angeles area.

Local Pickup:

Free pickup available at our location: 2311 9th Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90018. Perfect for local customers who want to save on shipping costs.

Shipping Insurance

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number
  • You can track your package using the link provided in the email
  • Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after shipment

Shipping Issues and Lost Packages

If Your Package is Lost, Stolen, or Damaged:

  1. Contact us at orders@smokeitfish.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date
  2. Provide your order number and any available evidence (photos, videos, delivery confirmation)
  3. We will verify your insurance coverage and initiate a claim with the appropriate carrier or insurance provider
  4. Upon successful claim resolution, we will provide compensation within the insurance coverage limits
  5. Additional store credit may be provided as goodwill compensation
  • If you have not received your order within the expected delivery time, please contact us at orders@smokeitfish.com with your order number, and we will investigate the matter promptly
  • SmokeItFish.com is not responsible for shipping delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, severe weather, or carrier delays

International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping locations in the future

Shipping Address Accuracy

Important: Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of checkout. SmokeItFish.com is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Any additional shipping charges incurred due to incorrect address information will be the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Responsibilities

  • Once a package is delivered to the address provided, it becomes the responsibility of the customer
