NAKET SALMON is a cured Norwegian salmon with a delicately rich flavor, elegant hints of sea salt and honey whiskey.
Cooking process 🔥🍡
We thoroughly clean the salmon, removing all the bones. Then we soak the fillet in sea salt with honey whiskey.
And then cure the product for about 30 hours with temperature and humidity to achieve the perfect texture.
This process gives Naket Salmon its amazing flavor and unique aroma.
