SALTY DOZE is a Rainbow trout jerky from Idaho with a deep rich flavor and soft texture of white meat.
With a unique cooking method that comes to us from Eastern Siberia and the Far East, the flavor is impossible to forget.
Cooking process 🔥🍡
We carefully remove all the bones, cut the meat in rhombuses, so that all parts of the fillet are cooked evenly. We use a special salt mixture and soak the fish for 8 hours in the sauce marinade.
Then we cure the fish using a special technique for about 30 hours, taking into account the temperature and humidity to achieve the perfect texture and flavor.
Salty Doze trout comes out medium salted.
