TANNED SALMON is smoked Norwegian salmon, it is very juicy and has an exquisite rich flavor.
We created it by admiring the thousands of years of fish smoking traditions that have come down to us from various cultures and peoples of Siberia and North America.
Cooking process 🔥🍡
We thoroughly clean the salmon, removing all the bones. Then we salinate the fish, dry it for about 6 hours under a fan and cure it for about 24 hours with special technology taking into account the temperature and humidity. After that we smoke the fish on chips of fruit trees (alder, apple) to achieve the perfect texture and flavor.
The result is tender, flavorful fish that will awaken any taste buds.

We do not use liquid smoke in cooking, we smoke fish only with natural smoke!
