Smoked fish is perishable, so everything leaves our kitchen packed to stay cold for the whole trip

Tracking, delays and damage
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Carriers can take 24–48 hours to show the first scan, so an empty tracker on day one is normal
If your order arrives warm, damaged or late, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you
Common questions
My box arrived and the ice packs have melted — is it still good?
Partly melted gel packs are normal and expected. What matters is that the fish is still cold to the touch. If it arrived warm or smells off, don't eat it — send us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you
How long does it keep once it arrives?
Refrigerate as soon as it arrives. Unopened vacuum-sealed packs keep in the fridge until the date printed on the label; once opened, eat within 3–4 days
It's very hot where I live. Should I do anything different?
Choose overnight shipping and, if you can, be home on the delivery day. A box sitting on a porch in the afternoon sun is the main thing that spoils an order. You can also leave delivery instructions at checkout.
My tracking number isn't showing anything
Carriers can take 24–48 hours to record the first scan, so an empty tracker on the first day is normal. If it hasn't updated after two business days, get in touch
