The simplest one
Tanned Salmon (Slightly Salted)
Salmon, salt, smoke. Nothing else at all. If you want to know what our approach tastes like without anything in the way, start here

Healthy snack
Read the label on most protein snacks and the list runs to twenty ingredients. Ours runs to three. Here is what that looks like in practice
Our labels read: fish, sea salt, spices. That is the whole list
No preservatives, no dyes, no sweeteners doing the work the fish should be doing. The flavour comes from wood smoke and time, which is slower and more expensive than the alternative — and the reason the ingredient list stays short

Protein you can carry
Sealed, portable and it does not need a fridge for the afternoon — the reason it ends up in gym bags and glove compartments. Trout, salt, smoke
$35
The oily one
Mackerel is one of the oilier fish, which is exactly why people seek it out — and why it tastes richer than anything lean. Good on bread, better on its own
$29
A small amount goes far
Roe is intense enough that a spoonful is a serving. Useful when you want something that feels like a treat but is not a bowl of anything
$38
Two honest notes, because we would rather you heard them from us
Fish, sea salt and natural spices, smoked over real wood chips. Some items have more — our Candy Bites are glazed with honey, and a few of the squid products contain soy. The full list is always on the package
No. Everything is smoked over alder, applewood or hickory chips. Liquid smoke is a flavouring applied to the surface — it is faster and cheaper, and it is not what we do
All our fish products contain fish, and the squid and mussels contain molluscs. There is honey in the Candy Bites and soy in some of the marinades. We are a small facility, so cross-contact is always possible — check the package before your first bite
