CANDY BITES are pieces of steelhead trout with red meat, rolled in honey and dried with a special technology, they are convenient to consume immediately from the packet.

Cooking process 🔥🍡

We carefully remove all the bones, marinate the fish in a special mix, cut the fillet into pieces.

The trout is then sprinkled with salt and given a light layer of farmer's honey. We then dry the fish using a special dehydration process for 24 hours to achieve the perfect condition.
